Joshua M. Arnold has devoted his legal career to representing a diverse array of employees, from personal trainers to personnel managers, valets to veterinarians, and cashiers to CEOs who were unlawfully subject to employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. Josh also represents employees who were unlawfully denied wages, breaks, medical leave, or safe working environments by their employers.
Josh has brought claims on behalf of clients in state courts, federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums, and against private, state, and federal employers. Josh has settled numerous cases at mediation, and second-chaired cases at trial. As every client faces unique challenges in addressing their legal claims, Josh takes particular care to ensure that representation is tailored to the needs of each client.
Josh earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he worked for USC’s prestigious Post-Conviction Justice Project and the Employment Law Clinic, which focused on providing employment law guidance to small nonprofit employers. Josh graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 2002, with a B.A. in government and history.
Josh is licensed to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), and the Labor and Employment Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Josh grew up in Massachusetts, and enjoys traveling, tennis, and the NBA.
